Beer Pong Junky Review: The Flabongo

The Flabongo combines two staples of American culture: the tacky pink lawn flamingo, and the ubiqutous collegiate beer bong. Beer bongs come in many shapes and sizes, but most are simply some tubing attached to a funnel. The Flabongo, on the other hand, is a beer bong with a sense of style, and a healthy sense of humor.

We tested the Flabongo at some prime Colorado drinking events: pre-gaming for the 10am CU-CSU game, and Beer Pong Junky's last beer pong event. The Flabongo passed all tests with flying colors. There's nothing quite like doing a round of flabongos while chanting your schools fight song (or prepping for an intense rivalry in some pong).

The Flabongo, like any beer bong, can get a little clogged with foam, but the unique design of the Flabongo allows you to tip it back, and spare yourself from a blast of beer to the face (unless that's how you roll). We've also never seen a beer bong that's as popular as the Flabongo. Bust it out at a party, and everyone wants a try at her.

The Flabongo gets our full approval. Whether you're going to a Buffet concert, sitting in a kiddie pool in your front yard, or just hosting a party, the Flabongo won't treat you wrong.

You can get your own at flabongo.com for around $20.
